Rules / 07
The easy farms never reach the treasury.
Holdings first. X second. Every limit protects the treasury and treats the API budget like a treasury of its own.
01
Phantom first. Always.
We do not resolve an X handle, walk a timeline, or check a follow until a wallet on Robinhood Chain has signed that we may read its holdings. No signature, no search.
02
No tier, no read.
Below $100 of $STOCKTAG the wallet is outside earning. The scan endpoint returns before twtapi is touched. Holdings are marked to market on chain at request time.
03
You must follow us.
Eligibility requires following @stocktag. We check that against the connected account, then cache the result so we are not walking follow graphs on every click.
04
Lookback is the budget.
Ink: 6 hours, one page. Founder: 30 days, eight pages. We stop the cursor the moment a tweet is older than the rung, so a large account at Ink still costs one request.
05
Original posts only.
Retweets are skipped. A tweet is paid once, globally — another wallet cannot cash the same post. Daily caps sit on the wallet, not the handle.
06
Stock or our token.
Listed tickers settle in that Stock Token. $STOCKTAG settles in $STOCKTAG. Unknown tickers are ignored and do not spend extra API.
07
Cooldown by rung.
Lower tiers wait longer between scans. That is how a popular post cannot be polled into a bill, and how farming a new account stays expensive in tokens, not in our rate limit.
